The program applies to new patients referred after Nov. 1, 2009.
An eligible referral must be a new patient who has not engaged in any services at Porcaro Hair and Cosmetic Surgery prior to the referral. The name of the referring patient needs to be identified at the time of the initial consultation in order to qualify for a Porcaro gift card.
Porcaro gift cards are not transferable and can only be used by the referring patient and have no monetary value. Porcaro gift cards can be used towards any service offered by Porcaro Hair and Cosmetic Surgery. Porcaro gift cards expire after 1 year.
V.I.P.Bonus Program :We value relationships! Have you already had a hair transplant or a cosmetic surgical procedure with us? We have a program for you as well! Once you have one surgical procedure with us you automatically qualify to receive a 10% discount on your second surgical procedure and a 15% discount on your third surgical procedure!
