New Patient Consultation:  $175.00 (One Time Fee)

Lab Work (Completed In Office):  $150.00

Implant Insertion:  $250.00

The pricing of Testosterone and/or Estradiol pellets is determined by the results of the Lab Work. Pricing per pellet will vary between $30.00 - $60.00.

B12 Injection:  $25.00

 

We do NOT participate with Medicare or any insurance. We can provide you with billing codes so that You may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
