Your safety is paramount. Unlike many doctors’ offices  your surgery will take place in a level 2 office based surgery facility registered with the Florida Board of Medicine. This accreditation assures you that your facility and your staff have met stringent safety requirements that permit the administration of oral or intravenous sedation. It is your assurance that we have the training and support equipment to manage medical emergencies, in the unlikely event that is ever necessary.

Dr. Porcaro is committed to the highest ethical standards and recommends procedures only when he can meet (or exceed) his patients expectations and when he is convinced the patient will truly benefit from the procedure. Comprehensive cosmetic procedures under one roof. We offer a broad range of cosmetic surgical procedures, including breast augmentation, liposculpture, face lift, tummy tuck, labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, hair restoration, Botox & fillers, to mention some of our most commonly requested procedures.

All surgical procedures and injections/fillers performed by Board Certified Surgeon. Besides being a Board Certified Surgeon, Dr. Porcaro is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Porcaro is also a member of the American Society of Liposuction Surgeons and regularly attends continuing medical education courses and participates in live surgery workshops on liposculpture, breast surgery and tummy tuck procedures.

Private complimentary consultations. Dr. Porcaro believes the consultation process is extremely important and for these reasons, he personally performs all consultations. Only the MD/Surgeon with experience, knowledge and artistic skill is truly able to recommend a treatment plan. 

No sales consultants. Not having paid sales consultants in his practice, Dr. Porcaro does not feel obligated to proceed with a surgical procedure based on the recommendation of a salesperson. Having worked with non-medical sales consultants in the past, Dr. Porcaro is convinced they interfere with the doctor/patient relationship, and occasionally make incorrect diagnoses and treatment recommendations. Our consultations are detailed, highly individualized, unhurried, and honest.

Consistent medical care-same surgeon for consultation, surgery and recovery.The services we offer require a certain type of provider, someone attuned to the finest of details, someone who is thorough yet gentle, Dr. Porcaro is the only doctor you see from the time of his/her private consultation, procedure and recovery. You will have unrestricted access to your surgeon.

Strong patient education. We devote a great deal of effort educating our patients, both before and during their consultations and before and after any surgery. We are unaware of any practitioners in our field who provide a higher level of explanation needed for a patient to make an informed decision.

Beautiful Spa like facility. Our office is less like a clinic and more like a boutique. We cater to one patient at a time in a relaxed setting where you will never encounter a crowded waiting room.
