Since obtaining his Medical Doctorate degree from the New Jersey Medical School in 1977, Dr Porcaro has been blessed with an uninterrupted surgical practice and over 25 years of experience as a Board Certified Surgeon.

For the last 7 yrs he has limited his practice of cosmetic surgery, having successfully performed over 1,000 major cosmetic procedures and hundreds of Botox and filler injections over the last several years alone!

Having worked with non-medical sales consultants in medical offices in the past, Dr. Porcaro is convinced they interfere with the doctor/patient relationship, and occasionally make incorrect diagnoses and treatment recommendations. You can rest assured that you will only receive treatment recommendations from your surgeon, Dr Porcaro.
